How long will it take to receive my product once I have ordered?

Our standard lead time is 3-4 weeks from point of order as all bespoke units are made to order.

I've placed an order, what are the next steps?

If you have placed an order through our request form, we will be in touch to confirm the details of your purchase before we begin manufacture. Once an order has been placed we will then be in touch to confirm delivery and installation or collection details. If you request for us to deliver and install the product, we will determine the location within the property where the safe will be installed including access to said location (including any stairs). In rare circumstances, a site visit prior to order may be required to assess the location and access route.

How much is your delivery and installation service?

Pricing varies for our delivery and installation service, however most will be included in the cost of your purchase, we will inform you if there will be any additional costs, this is normally the case when heavier, high grade safes are installed and where safes are installed on upper floors or where additional work may need to be carried out such as supporting the base structure in cupboards to support the weight.

Do you allow for collection?

Yes, we allow for collection from our facility in the West Midlands free of charge.

Do you allow for a courier to collect the order?

Yes, we can arrange for a courier to deliver your order if this is preferred. We also allow for customer-arranged couriers to collect orders on your behalf if you wish to arrange for this.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver all across the United Kingdom, however if the shipping address is in the Highlands and Islands or Northern Ireland, additional costs will be incurred as we typically use couriers to ship to these locations and installation will not normally be viable.

Do you ship outside the UK

We do sell orders to customers outside of the UK but customs arrangements would need to be made by the customer. We have previously shipped orders to EU countries including the R.O.I, as well as the channel islands.

What materials are your products made from?

Our standard material stock includes oak veneer board for structure and drawers, oak veneer or toughened glass for shelves and Alcantara charcoal material for cladding inside drawers and on watch winder units. Other materials can be requested but will add an additional cost onto the product.

What colour would the exterior of the safe be?

Our standard colour is gunship grey for lower grade safes (1-3) and off-white for larger graded safes as these are the factory default colours for the safes we typically use. We can however paint the safe any colour you wish providing you supply us with a RAL number or equivalent paint identifier. We can paint our lower grade safes white for no additional costs but other colours will incur additional costs. We strongly advise against Matt finishes as they can be difficult to keep the paintwork clean.

What other 'unique' features have you added to products?

We have been known to add decals to the exterior of the safe including pin stripes, a coat of arms and customer branding. We have also worked on several firearms safes where customers can display their firearms in a luxury gun safe. If you have a request that you think is obscure, give us a try!

What safe manufactures do you use?

Typically we suggest Key Secure safes for our grade 1-3 units and Dudley Safes for our higher grade safes, however we can also use other manufacturers such as Securikey, and Chubb Safe. The biggest factor in our decision of safe manufacturer is usually down to space limitations in the installation location along with getting the most out of the internal dimensions of the safe.

How are the safes powered?

Our safes are plugged into mains with a standard 13A 3-pin plug, and so when deciding on the location for the installation, you must consider its position relative to a plug socket, we usually provide 2.5m of wire unless you request otherwise. You will be asked as part of the order confirmation where you would prefer the power cable to come out of the safe (e.g. top right hand side corner, etc). Internally, the watch winders are powered on a 12v 2.5amp circuit which operated continuously unless turned off, the internal lighting is an a sensor which turns the lighting off when the safe is closed.
