 Returns and Refunds

1. As all items are made to order, returns are only available for products which become faulty and we are not able to repair the product in situ.

2. Once the order has been placed, the customer has 48 hours to cancel the order free of charge and receive a full refund, cancelling after that time may result in a partial refund as we will have ordered the materials to manufacture the bespoke unit.

3. If a product becomes faulty at any point, we will arrange a repair at the installed location free of charge.

4. if the warranty seals have been broken, we reserve the right to charge for repairs to safe locking mechanisms if it has been deemed that the user has attempted to self repair or has deliberately caused damage.

5. We reserve the right to charge for repairs if it is deemed that the user has purposely caused damage to the internal structure of the jewellery safe including but not limited to: 

- Broken or damaged watch holders (where excess pressure has been applied and caused damage to more than 2 watch holders) - We accept some damage can occur on accident and so may waiver this.

- Damage to carpentry caused by bumps or bangs by objects.

6. Should the user decide later down the line that they require a bigger safe or larger quantity of drawers/watch winders, the client will be responsible for paying for the additional materials and/or additional safe. We cannot accept refunds for products that have to be returned in exchange for another product.
